Merch Terms

By placing an order for Supercell merchandise (“Merch”), you acknowledge and agree that you are submitting a binding order. Merch is accessible only through a redemption code (the “Code”). By redeeming the Code and using this Service, you agree to be bound by the Supercell Service Terms as well as these Merch Terms.
The Code is only redeemable at merch.supercell.com. Your order is accepted and concluded once Supercell sends you a confirmation email of your order. Provision of personal contact information is required to redeem the Code. All Codes used to redeem Merch are valid to be used once.
How to redeem your Code:
- Visit merch.supercell.com
- Insert Code to “Enter Redeem Code” field and Submit
- Choose your Merch
- Proceed with choosing your country and items to redeem
- Insert your contact information and redeem items
The Code is valid for a limited time displayed to you at Items Selection view. Codes cannot be redeemed after they have become invalid.
All codes redeemed and consequently, orders placed through the Service are final, non-cancellable and non-refundable. Supercell is not responsible for any unauthorized use of the Merch. If you received an item that was defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us with your redemption code number and photos of the defect or damage. If your item was damaged as a result of poor packing, please also send images of how the item was packed. If you receive the wrong item, size, or order, please contact us with your redemption code number and photos of the item or size tag.
International orders may have additional customs, tax, and duty fees applied to them by the local customs agency. These additional fees can be applied by customs agents after a review of the items in the package. Unfortunately, we're unable to estimate or prepay those customs duties. Please be aware that you'll be responsible for any additional fees. For more information on how customs fees work, please contact your local customs agency.
